Mark’s Bar in Bankside, owned by celebrity chef Mark Hix, is one of his many restaurants that stock Clarence Court eggs. Throughout the year Mark and the team are working on a series of delicious foodie events just for you. On St Patricks Day, they’re pairing with Roe & Co Whiskey to produce an exclusive menu of Irish produce.
From tasting tables to mini dishes as well an opportunity to make your own Roe & Co cocktails, it will be an evening of delicious food and Irish celebrations that you won’t want to miss. For one night only, the unmissable mini-dish menu will feature Peter Hannan’s Glenarm Estate beef and sugar pit pork paired with 4 Roe & Co whiskey cocktails – just fabulous!
