Let’s get baking

We’ve teamed up with our marvellous friends at Bread Ahead Bakery to bring you a delicious series of Instagram Lives starting this Friday. Tune in for some scrumptious surprises – we can’t wait to get baking with you!

Founder and chef, Matthew Jones, set up his first bakery in 2000 and since then it’s bloomed into a working bakery and cookery school. Based in Borough Market, it has become a destination for food enthusiasts all around the world. The Bread Ahead Baking School is about as close as you’ll get to feeling like a professional baker – showing you just how easy baking artisan bread can be. With bakeries and schools now open across London, and offering virtual courses worldwide, it’s the go-to place for oozing doughnuts, flaky pastries, crusty sourdoughs and so much more!
