We had a fabulous competition in collaboration with the wonderful Avenue Cookery School in Wandsworth, London for two places at their Sunday Brunch Club this April.
The winner Aggie Leighton and her cooking companion were treated to a fun filled morning of Clarence Court Eggs Benedict with bottomless Bloody Mary’s, and a demonstration of how to re-create the experience every Sunday at home. Everyone was taught how to make Hollandaise sauce, perfect poached eggs and freshly baked soda bread. The competition was open to enter on Facebook, and received a great response from our followers.
