A Spring Brunch at Maison François

On Thursday 14th May, we’re delighted to invite you to a special spring gathering, hosted by Matthew Ryle.
Chef Partner of Maison François – one of London’s most celebrated brasseries – Matthew is known for his refined, yet relaxed approach to French cooking. His dishes balance elegance with generosity, rooted in exceptional ingredients and a deep understanding of flavour.
For this occasion, Matthew welcomes us to Maison François for a relaxed and indulgent brunch, with a menu curated exclusively for Clarence Court.
Join us from 10am to 12pm:
Maison Bellini (Champagne with peach juice) on arrival
You’ll start with a selection of seasonal fruits and pastries
followed by a choice of:
Clarence Court poached eggs served with corn fritter, avocado, chilli, dukkah and herbs, with crispy bacon to share at the table, or
A beautifully indulgent Clarence Court pain perdu with vanilla crème fraîche and hazelnut praline
Throughout the morning, enjoy French press coffee, English breakfast tea, and unlimited still or sparkling water
Tickets are £60 per person and include brunch hosted by Matthew, along with a carefully curated goodie bag featuring Clarence Court and French Classics treats to take home.
With only 20 places available, this promises to be a relaxed and memorable gathering.
