Event Refund Policy

1) Overview

This event is organised and managed by Lolly Ltd on behalf of Clarence Court. By purchasing a ticket or registering, you agree to the terms below.

2) No-Refund Policy

All ticket sales and registrations are final. We understand circumstances change, however we operate a no-refund policy on events (including changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts).

3) Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge. Please email the new attendee’s full name and contact details to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the event.

4) Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Lolly Ltd or Clarence Court:

You may transfer your ticket to the new date, or

If the event cannot be rescheduled, a refund may be issued at the organisers’ discretion.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of notice.

5) Force Majeure

Neither Lolly Ltd nor Clarence Court is liable for cancellations, postponements, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, or other force majeure events). In such cases, refunds are not available, though reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or offer alternatives.
