Smoked salmon soldiers
An effortless breakfast or Sunday supper - simply top toasted soldiers with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
Toast the slices of bread to your liking. Spread the cream cheese over the slices and season with a little lemon zest and a few grinds of black pepper. Lay over the salmon slices and cut the toast into soldiers. Serve with soft boiled eggs – the timings for beautifully boiled eggs can be found here.
1 or 2 Clarence Court eggs of your choice
2 large slices of bread
50g cream cheese
A few scrapes of lemon zest
Freshly ground black pepper
Sliced fresh smoked salmon (we use John Ross)
