Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ten heavenly indulgent chocolate chip cookies.

Prep Time - 20 minutes Cook Time - 12 minutes plus cooling time Serves 10

Ingredients

110g butter
110g light brown sugar
dash of milk
110g caster sugar
1 Old Cotswold Legbar egg
220g plain flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
340g chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bar)

Method

Preheat your oven to 200C.

Cream together your butter and sugar Crack in your Old Cotswold Legbar egg. Stir in all the dry ingredients. Add a dash of milk if your mixture is looking dry. Break up all of your chocolate and mix it in using your hands to get into the dough.

Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Separate the dough into 10 handfuls and line along the baking trays.

Place the baking tray in the oven for 12 minutes, and leave to cool for around 30 minutes.
