Seasonal food is food at its very best. Full of flavour. Packed with goodness. Fresh as the day it was picked, plucked, harvested or, in the case of Clarence Court® eggs, laid. It’s food at the peak of perfection. There are almost as many reasons to eat seasonally as there are days in the year. It’s better for us, the environment and the local economy because by its very nature it means we’re eating what is readily, regionally available.
