How to soft boil a goose egg

Remove eggs from refrigerator 30 minutes before use and allow to return to room temperature before cooking.

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • Clarence Court goose egg

Method

Bring enough water to cover the egg in the pan to boil, remove from heat and gently place the egg in the water. Return pan to the heat and gently simmer for nine to eleven minutes.
